Crostini and bruschetta are two appetizers that are guaranteed to please time and time again. The bread, typically smaller slices of baguette or larger slices of rustic bread, making them the perfect finger food in the summer evenings. Easy to prepare and provide a base for all kinds of seasonal vegetables, ham, salami, smoked fish and cheese. These quick and easy appetizers are perfect weeknights for a party with friends or a dinner with your family...or for a light lunch around the pool!

Let’s go to prepare the bruschetta, follow Giovannella’s tips

Ingredients:
• Large slices of rustic bread
• Burrata
• Grilled zucchinis and egg plants with some aromatic herbs like parsley
• Prosciutto
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil

All crostini and bruschetta recipes start with good bread; Cut slices (1cm thick) from rustic bread and put in a sheet pan, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and bake in the oven or grill until these are golden brown on the outside but still soft on the inside.

Crush the Burrata and adds to the bread the pieces. Cut a slice of Prosciutto, adds the vegetables, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and. Decorate the plate with balsamic vinagre glaze and confit tomatoes..and that’s it!
