Here at Agriturismo La Sovana, we have always loved our land and the nature that surrounds us, a unique heritage that we all must respect and help preserve, a philosophy inherited from the Scandinavians, real forerunners in this field.

Our mission, as Humans; is a global environmental protection paired with eco-sustainability. bold.(|We have always done our best to protect the environment).
We suggest guests to follow an eco-friendly regulation based on the 3 "R" Reduce Recycle, Reuse, with the aim to promote and respect nature.
We produce hot water for the heater system with a photovoltaic panels.
But a sustainable holiday is not just about protecting the environment, it's also about healthy eating. We try to use the locally-sourced produce of our land to prepare exquisite traditional local dishes. We buy from local farmers meat and cheese, and during the summer season some vegetables come from our garden

Investing in alternative energy is a great way of reducing pollution and the reason why we have decided to install an electrical Car charging station
