The Restaurant

The restaurant is open every day for the guests of the Agriturismo. The dinner is served at 8 pm, reservations required before 1 pm, and the menu changes every day with always fresh and high quality ingredients. The dishes are cooked to order and the Olivi family, as usual, dine with their guests. On request gluten-free dishes and vegetarian options. It is possible to choose between the complete 4-course menu, from appetizer to dessert, or the 3-course version. Twice a week evening with Florentine steak cooked on the grill

Snack Bar

Snacks and cold dishes for lunch with reservation until noon. Snacks will be served at the outdoor tables of the restaurant to fully enjoy the beautiful spring and summer days. Typical cold cuts and cheeses, high quality product from local producers, fresh salads; simple and quick dishes but rich in taste.
In the evening enjoy an aperitif with our wines in the garden.


Reception

Reception is open every day from 8am to 1pm and from 3pm to 8pm. Check-in opens from 3pm to 7pm; if a guest planning to arrive at a different time from the schedule, he must to contact the property by email or telephone.

Car Charging Station

The growth of electric mobility goes hand in hand with the development of the charging infrastructure. The number of charging stations available in Italy increased exponentially over this period. The Italian charging network is patchy almost of the charging station are in the big towns; for this reason at La Sovana you will find two charging stations for electric cars for our guests. Always available and easy to use.

Private Driver Service

Driver service from/to airport or Chiusi train station. Service available also for daily private tours. The staff is prepared to assist, in preparing your sightseeing itineraries, with recommendations of the restaurants, and the places where the views of the countryside are wonderful to take amazin pictures
